Effective January 1, 2006, Chapter 176 of the Texas Government Code, requires that any person, agent of a person or employee of an entity acting in the employee’s official capacity (hereafter referred to as vendors) who contracts or seeks to contract for the sale or purchase of property, goods or services with Mt. Enterprise ISD is required to file a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire with the district. Each covered person or entity that either seeks to contract or contracts with Mt. Enterprise ISD is responsible for complying with any applicable disclosure requirements. The completed questionnaires are posted on this website.

The Conflict of Interest Questionnaire (Form CIQ) must be filed in accordance with LGC 176: (portions of which are quoted below)
Note: A vendor is not required to file an updated completed questionnaire in a year if the person has filed a questionnaire on or after June 1, but before September 1, of that year.
