Public Comment - RICIPS Plan Public comment is open in reference to the 6 month review and revision process for MEISD's Return to In Person Instruction and Continuity of Services (RIPICS) Plan as part of the Federal ESSER III Grant. Public comments may be emailed to alee@meisd.org regarding the plan. Comments may also be made via phone at 903.822.3721. A link to the current plan is provided below. The public comment period is open until August 31, 2023.
